How this calculator works

The model chains your budget through a standard paid-acquisition funnel: budget ÷ CPC → clicks × landing-page conversion → leads × qualification rate → appointments × close rate → sales × order value → revenue. Profit applies your industry's gross margin, and ROI/ROAS compare the result to spend. Country selection adjusts click costs; the first three months apply a learning-phase ramp.

Every assumption is an editable benchmark — when we run this exercise for clients, we replace benchmarks with your real numbers from ad accounts and analytics.

Frequently asked questions

How accurate is this ROI calculator?+

The calculator uses editable industry benchmark assumptions — average CPC, landing-page conversion, appointment and close rates, order values, and margins — adjusted per country. Results are directional planning estimates, not guarantees: your actual results depend on creative quality, offer strength, landing-page experience, and market conditions. We recommend validating the forecast against your own historical data on a strategy call.

Which industries does it support?+

Twelve presets: Real Estate, Newborn Photography, Makeup Artistry, Dental Clinics, Plastic Surgery, Med Spa, HVAC, Legal Services, Home Services, Insurance, E-commerce, and a Custom/Other profile. Each carries its own benchmark assumptions.

What does the break-even point mean?+

Break-even is the number of sales per month at which your gross profit covers your ad spend. Below it, the campaign loses money on first purchases (though lifetime value can still make it profitable); above it, every additional sale is profit.
